International shipped via Post Office. (Minimum order $100)

International orders must be placed on line because of complicated worldwide addresses. We send Priority Mail International and charge the amount the post office charges for each box required for shipment plus $15 customs paperwork & handling charge. We use the HF Tariff number that identifies goods as Christmas Decorations which I know in Canada is tariff free. Example of cost: to Switzerland 6 lb. box with one house $45 shipping + $15 handling = Total $53. To Canada is about $35 shipping + $15 handling for the same. A large 24 x 18 x 18 box to Canada with multiple houses & accessories is about $85 shipping + my $15 customs paperwork and handling fee. The $15 only applies to the 1st box in an order no matter how many boxes required to fill the order. Place the order, the checkout page will initially reflect my normal USA $14.75 charge. After reviewing your order I will pick up and inspect your items. Then do the customs paperwork and plug the items, box size and weight into the US Postal Service website to determine exact postal cost. I will email you the total which will include the item(s) cost, exact postal shipping charge, and my $15 packing & customs paperwork handling charge. If at any time you decide to cancel after all this work is performed there will be a $15 cancellation/restock fee.

PayPal - If you would like to use Paypal you need to prepay $15 to our email address dept56@npgcable.com to cover possible cancellation. I will then pick up, inspect, pack, do customs paperwork, and create the label. That will give me the exact total, I will just subtract the $15 already paid and send you a paypal invoice for the remainder. When you pay it I will continue with label printing and ship it the next business day. If you decide you don't want to go thru with the purchase then the $15 is kept to cover all the previous work as well as unpacking and returning to the warehouse.

Breakage - Since this is not UPS, any breakage or inoperability discovered upon receipt must be claimed by the recipient at the delivery post office. If that post office denies the shipping claim then you will forward the written postal deniel to us for a complete refund. Military APO goes Priority Insured Mail.

Great for Gifts to your Military Loved Ones!- We will charge you a $5 packaging & paperwork charge added to the actual Postal Priority Insured charge to AP, AE, or AA's. I just shipped a 10 pound box size 20" x 16" x 14' to APO, AP, which is a South Korean US Army camp. It was insured for $500 and the Priority Insured cost was only $22. That size box is enough space for about 2 medium sized houses and a couple accessories. That still leaves over 2" of styrofoam packing peanuts around all sides of the Dept 56 sleeves. Place the order, the checkout page will initially reflect my normal $14.75 charge for 48 states. After reviewing your order I will pick up and inspect your items. After packing I will plug the items, box size and weight into the US Postal website to determine exact Priority Insured cost. I will email you the total which will include the item(s) cost , exact US Postal Priority Insured charge, and my $5 packing & handling charge.

United States we ship UPS, they pick up 5 days a week.

Alaska & Hawaii- We will charge you a $5 packaging & handling charge added to the actual UPS ground charge to Alaska or Hawaii. I think a box about 22 x 15 x 14 would be about $38 actual UPS charge to Alaska and about $53 to Hawaii's outer islands. That size box is enough space for about 3 medium sized houses or 2 houses & multiple accessories. We will put as many items as we can fit that will still meet the cushioning requirements for UPS insured shipping. Place the order, the checkout page will initially reflect my normal $14.75 charge for 48 states. After reviewing your order I will pick up and inspect your items. Then plug the items, box size and weight into the UPS Worldship program to determine exact UPS cost. I will email you the total which will include the item(s) cost , exact UPS shipping charge, and my $5 packing & handling charge.
